New Service to Horsemen DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 29. — Harold Ferguson, secretary of the Maryland Horsemens Protective Association, has the organizations trailer-office located in the new parking lot just to the rear of the paddock. Ferguson is planning on a new service to horsemen racing at Delaware Park through a last minute weather report to be posted in the outer office of the racing department. Each day Ferguson will receive from the weather bureau a long-range forecast, and this will give trainers an accurate idea of the weather and enable them to plan their training accordingly.
