Choice of Apprentice Miller CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., May 29.— The West Virginia Racing Commission today granted apprentice William Miller his choice of 40 winning mounts or a six months period until November 28 during which he can claim the apprentice allowance. Miller, recently discharged from the armed forces, is under contract to his father, Edward E. Miller. He chose the six months.
