Campbells Brief Reply BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 29. — Racing secretary John B. Campbell, astute weight assignor for the New York racing associations, was non-committal when asked who he thought would win Saturdays renewal of the 00,000 Belmont Stakes, but gave his answer when the following question was put to him: "If the Belmont were a handicap what horse would be your topweight?" Campbells reply was brief but illuminating: "Assault."
