Dickerson, in Superior Court, has given the Maryland Racing Commission 30 days in which to file an answer to the mandamus and ordered an interim license issued to the trainer. Francis is trainer of the horse, Goldies Sugar, in which traces of a barbiturate were found after the horse had won a race at Bowie last April 4.
