Happy Moose Scratched HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 16.— J. E. Criders Happy Moose, five-year-old gray mare by Bull Moose out of Herods Delight, who was scheduled to run in the fourth race, was scratched when it was discovered she had injured herself in the van coming here from Laurel. She was immediately sent back to that point.
