Four-Horse Spill at Havre HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 16.— A spectacular spill marred the running of todays seventh race, with four of the 12 starters in the mile and a sixteenth affair falling as the field neared the stretch. Hibernian, with Jimmy Lynch astride, ran up on the heels of a horse and fell heavily to the ground as the field neared the quarter pole. Unable to avert the fallen horse, Outsider, ridden by Frank Lullo; Gene Chance, with Tommy Spencer, and Mixer, with Sydney Manley, all fell over the horse and rider. Spencer, Lullo and Manley all left the track under their own power, the latter appearing to have a badly wrenched ankle. The veteran Jimmy Lynch was removed from the track in an ambulance and, following an examination in the first aid room, was removed to the Harford Memorial Hospital for X-rays.
