Turbine Galloping Again HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 16.— Turbine, the handicap star, who raced so unimpressively in the Gittings Handicap, is again galloping, according to trainer P. Da Lee Watts. Turbine came out of the race with minor cuts inside his legs, Watts explaining that he had probably scalped himself soon after coming out of the gate in the Gittings.
