Add Trio to Arcadia Directorate SANTA ANTTA PARK, Arcadia, Calif., May 16. — The election of William M. Jef-fers, Reese H. Taylor and Robert P. Strub to the directorate of Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., increasing the board members from 12 to 15, was announced last night. The prominence of the new directors will give wider civic and business representation in the operation of Santa Anita Park and the active participation in community betterment projects.
