Keeping Record Straight HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 16.— To clear up a misunderstanding on the part of some horsemen, it is noted that the Richard A. Johnson who recently resigned his position with the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau is not connected with racing in an official capacity. Many horsemen believed that it was Richard A. "Dick" Johnson, who is employed as an official at many eastern tracks and is a prominent member of the HBPA. This is not the case.
