Halter Brigade Busy Again HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 24. The halter brigade was busy again Wednesday as trainers apparently continued efforts to build up their stables for summer campaigns outside of Maryland. Five horses changed hands during the course of the afternoon. Transair went to Mrs. J. J. Kates for ,500; Hemjohn to A. Mas-simiano for ,000; Don OSullivan to Mrs. R. Welcker for ,500; Gambling Andy to Mrs. V. D. Waple for ,500, and Macla to Mrs. D. M. Gilkey for ,500.
