Paley Belmont Visitor BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I.. N. Y., May 24. Jay Paley, part owner of the Jac-lyn . 1" Stable, arrived from his Beverley Hills, r Calif, home, and plans an extensive visit. A division of the stable, trained by George , M. Odom, may be raced at Atlantic City. The stable is not represented in Saratoga stakes, due to a series of misfortunes. Odom made out the list of nominations for the Saratoga events and passed them on to the stable secretary, who placed them in her . desk to be stamped for mailing. A few hours later she was felled by a stroke and I in the subsequent excitement the matter of mailing the nominations was overlooked. . The envelope was found after the nominations - had closed.
