New Jersey HBPA Division Holds Committee Meeting ATLANTIC CITY, Mays Landing, N. J.. May 24. W. E. Charles, secretary and treasurer of the New Jersey division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association, has called an important meeting for committee members of the district on Monday, following the last race. The meeting will be held in the HBPA offices near the track kitchen. Vice-president B. Frank Christmas of the New Jersey division, requests the following committee members to attend: E. W. King, A. F. East, C. O. Ferguson, Homer Pardue, J. W. Bowley, Merritt Buxton, Sr., Frank White, Tommy Tault, E. B. Stewart and E. E. Russell.
