Attendance and Handle Drops HAVRE DE GRACE, Md., May 27. Attendances and mutuel play at the local meeting which closed yesterday, showed a decline from last year. Both meetings were of thirteen days duration. In 1946, the total attendance was 137,228, while this year the count was 126,317, a decrease of 10,911. Last year the mutuel play aggregated 3,525,812, and this year it was ,l34;5a difference of ,391,276.
