Fire Destroys Hay Barn MANHASSET, N. Y., May 27. A large hay barn on the Greentree estate of John Hay Whitney, near here, was completely destroyed by fire Saturday night. No estimate was given of the damage. The efforts of the Manhasset-Lakeville fire "department, under the direction of Chief Chester Chicoski, prevented the flames from spreading to other structures.
