Spy Song, Fireworks, Riot Seen in Useful Workouts HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., May 27. Spy Song, Dixianas creek four-year-old home-bred colt, visited the training track this morning and breezed a half-mile over the good footing in :51. Mrs. Emil Dene-marks Fireworks, a candidate for Saturdays La Salle Handicap, also turned in a nice trial, working a mile over the dull course in 1:47, handily. Riot, Brownell Combs fleet home-bred two-year-old gelding, a son of the mighty Whirlaway and the former fine race mare, Miss Dogwood, by Bull Dog, made a very impressive appearance, "working a half-mile in :48, handily.
