De Stefano Has Added Strut SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 27. Raymond De Stefano, popular jockey agent, has an added strut these days while booking mounts for his riders at Suffolk Downs. Ray, a pal of film comedian Lou Costello in their boyhood days in Paterson, N. J., finally won a rhumba contest at a Eoston night club recently. After having finished in the runner-up spot in three previous attempts, De Stefano finally entered the "winners circle," although his co-workers maintain he was "shooed in."
