Bohn; bred by J. L. Holton. WENT TO POST-5:28. OFF AT 5:281 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good from stall gate. Won driving; second and third the same. ALAN F. saved ground while racing within striking distance of QUEEN BLUE to the stretch, came out for the drive and, finishing strongly under brisk handling, disposed of the latter in the last furlong. QUEEN BLUE went to the front early, made the pace until midway of the stretch under occasional urging and continued gamely, but was not good enough for ALAN F. GIANT SERVANT, never far back and well handled, could not better his position when set down in the drive. WARY MARY lacked early speed, but finished fast. BLACK RA gave way after racing prominently to the stretch. SUNRID failed to rally when hard ridden through the stretch. GLENNP0RT was outrun. TOP SERGEANT stumbled repeatedly and could not threaten. Overweight Queen Blue, 2 pounds; Wary Mary, 3; Black Ra, 5. Attendance, 8,009; Total Mutuel Pool, 13,324. Returned to Public, 20,592, Less Breakage.
