May Abandon Daily Double . At Garden State Park CAMDEN, N. J., May 28. Eugene Mori, president of the Garden State Park, said he was seriously contemplating discontinuing the Daily Double at the New Jersey track. This is in line with the policy adopted at the New York and Kentucky tracks. Mori and his wife and daughter visited Atlantic City on Tuesday and reports that the Camden track, which revived racing in New Jersey in 1943, is being refurbished for the opening, August 25, and running for 42 days. Walter Donovan, general manager of Garden State, visited Belmont Park today.
