Jockey W. Speer Injured In Spill at Randall Park RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, May 28. Jockey William Speer, thrown from Ryan and Blacks Texas Biff in the second race here today, suffered a possible fracture of the skull and received cuts around the head in the mishap. He was removed to Clevelands St. Alexis hospital. Shortly after the start of the second number, Texas Biff became wedged in in close quarters and stumbled, catapulting: the rider to the ground. The race was won by Mrs. M. Bran-iffs Ariela, at 9.00.
