John P. Kelly Plans Tour Of Tracks in Middle West HAWTHORNE, Cicero, 111., May 28. John P. "Pat" Kelly, secretary and general manager of the Jockeys Guild, arrived at Hawthorne this morning from Atlantic City for a swing around the Midwest circuit. Kelly will leave here tomorrow for Omaha, where the Ak-Sar-Ben meeting got under way yesterday. Upon completion of business for his organization in the Nebraska city, Kelly will return to Chicago and, after a few days here, will depart for Fairmount Park at Collinsville, 111., where the spring season opens on Memorial Day. Following a trip to Detroit for the Fair Grounds meeting and possibly another stop-over here, Kelly then will return to his headquarters in New York.
