Michigan Notes ! FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 28. Joe Ferrara arrived from Chicago and registered Squadron Girl, Ed M., John Bull, Lucky Birthday, Whosaidit, and Kingstone. The stable trained by Steve Valenti arrived from Chicago and included Mrs. Valenti, Joe Valenti, Seapar, Lucky Willie and Chippewa Miss, who race for Mrs. Valenti, and Builder, Wow, and Franks Pal, who are owned by Frank Ferrara. Linsey J. Molaison, Luke R. Adams and Charles V. Genard, all of New Orleans, are guests of trainer Steve Valenti at the Detroit Fair Grounds. M. H. VanBerg, Columbus, Neb., horseman, brought the balance of his extensive stable from Chicago. A division of the string had been on the grounds for some time.
