Obregon Plans Early for 1950 Meeting of Commissioners HIPODROMO DE LAS AMERICAS, Mexico, D. F., May 31.— With nothing but praise for the recent meeting of the National Association of Racing Commissioners held in New York, Oscar Obregon said it was one of the biggest thrills of his life when the commissioners accepted the invitation of the National Racing Commission of Mexico to hold their next convention here. The local lawyer and racing official went into conference with leading members of the Racing Commission and Jockey Club here on plans to entertain the hundreds of delegates expected here next year for the annual meeting of the commissioners.
