Ak-Sar-Ben Rulings AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., May 31-The stewards here today issued the following rulings: - "The suspension of jockey H. Manifold, suspended May 24 for 10 ten racing days, - has been reduced to 5 five racing days. • He is eligible to accept mounts of June 1. "Jockey Billy Powell is suspended for the 1 balance of the meeting for being disrespectful to the stewards."
