Edmonton Ruliny WINNIPEG, Man., May 31.— The stew ards at the Edmonton spring meeting issued the following ruling under date of May 24: "For crowding and failing to give horses racing room on the inside soon after the start of the first race May 24 while astride Swift Ard, jockey Clifford Potts is suspended for 5 five racing days commencing May 26. He will be eligible to resumt riding Wednesday, June 1 "
