Swain Back in Hospital FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 31. — James Bracken, who is looking after Jerry Wests engagement book here, received word that jockey Charles Swain, who suffered severe injuries during the Keeneland meeting, returned to Lexington, Ky., and the veteran reinsman is now in St. Joseph Hospital. Swain made a trip to Hot Springs but it was necessary for him to cut his visit to the Spa city short and return for further hospitalization.
