Richard Assigned Stake Mount WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, HI., May 31. — Jockey Jack Richard, who put up a masterful ride astride Lexbrook Stables Lextown to capture the Peabody Memorial yesterday, has been named to pilot Joseph A. Kroecks Miss Stephanie in the Miss America Stakes, which closes to entries tomorrow and will be run on June 11. Miss Stephanie graduated from the maiden ranks in impressive fashion here recently.
