Mich igan HBPA Election FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., May 31. — The Michigan division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association will hold its annual election for vice-president and committeemen at the racing secretarys office here tomorrow. The polls will be open from 1 a. m. to 4 p. m.f and the election will be by written ballot.
