Walsh Seriously Injured DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 15. — The condition of steeplechase rider James Walsh, who was injured in a fall during schooling hours here yesterday, is serious, according to attendants at Delaware Hospital in Wilmington. Walsh has not regained consciousness since suffering a skull fracture when his mount, Battle Torch, collided with a jumper ridden by William Bland at the final hedge of a schooling session. Bland suffered a fractured leg in the mishap.
