All Horses at Delaware Park Haye Been Lip-Tattooed DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 15.— Jack Loom, Delaware Park representative of the Thoroughbred Protective Bureau, reported today that every horse at this track has been, tattooed. Marking of thoroughbreds upper lips with registration numbers is not compulsory according to Loom. He said: "However, Delaware Park horsemen have cooperated 100 per cent. It is safe to say that more than 90 per cent of all thoroughbreds racing in the United States have been tattooed for identification purposes."
