Refuse High Boss Entry FAIR GROUNDS, Detroit, Mich., June 15. — The stewards announced that the further entry at this meeting of Robert Need-hams High Boss will be refused. High Boss has been disqualified on two occasions here for fouling in the stretch. High Boss has developed a habit of suddenly swerving to the inside nearing the finish and local officials fear the horse may cause an injury to riders or other thoroughbreds competing against him.
