Wont Meet Older Horses NARRAGANSETT PARK, Pawtucket, R. I., June 15. — Trainer H. C. Wolfe stated today that he will confine the activities of A. P. Cotters good three-year-old, Petey Cotter, exclusively to three-year-old stakes engagements until this fall. Consequently, he will not contest the Spring Handicap here -Saturday.
