Ship But Why Not to Stanton DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 15. — Trainer Max Hirsch notified racing secretary Gil Haus that King Ranchs But Why Not- will be shipped to Delaware Park tomorrow from Long Island to start in the 5,000 New Castle Handicap, to be run on Saturday. Winner of the Top Flight Handicap at Belmont Park in her last outing, But Why Not probably will be favorite for the week-end feature, a mile and a sixteenth run for fillies and mares exclusively. Hirsch also stated that jockey Dave Gorman will ride themare who must carry 128 pounds.
