- Foursome at Ak-Sar-Ben Suspended in Two Rulings AK-SAR-BEN, Omaha, Nebr., June 20. 0. The following rulings were issued by the ie stewards here: "In violation of Rule No. 125 possession m £ of forbidden medicines , owner Mrs. J. S. g i Knight, trainer J. S. Knight and all horses ! owned or trained by them are hereby sus- 5_ pended for the balance of this meeting and id ! their case referred to the Nebraska State te i Racing Commission for further action. B. I They also are denied privileges of the ie ! grounds. "The horses affected by this ruling are: ? : j Porterpen and Bell Atone. "On the report of the official chemist st J that the urine taken from the horse Miss ss English, winner of the sixth race on Friday, i- June 13, 1952, disclosed the presence ;e of a drug of the nature of amphetamine ie ephedrine and violation of Rules 123-124-125 I- owner Delia Shriver and trainer A. G. Shriver and all horses owned or r trained by either of them are suspended ;d for the balance of this meeting and denied !d access to and the privileges of the grounds. J This case is referred to the Nebraska State Racing Commission for further action. "The horses suspended by this ruling are „e Miss English and Take All. "Miss English is disqualified as the winner 1. of the sixth race on June 13, 1952, and lj the purse is redistributed as follows: First, * Hustle Gal; second, Outbird: third, Little Ie Nipper; fourth, Fiery Chief. "The above redistribution and disqualification i- in no way affects the mutuel pay-off."
