Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form The Illinois Racing Board announced a change in the claiming rule effective with the racing of Monday, June 23 at Arlington Park as foUows: "If a horse is claimed it shall not start in a selling or claiming race for a period of 30 days from date of claim for less than 25 per cent more than the amount for which it was claimed. This rule shall not apply to horses who are not the winners and are running for a claiming price of under ,000."
