Fisk to Plane East DETROIT, Mich, June 20. — Jockey Bil-lie Fisk will fly to New Jersey early tomorrow morning to handle Clarence Hartwicks Sickles Image in Monmouth Parks Regret Handicap. Fisk intends to return in time to accept Monday mounts at the local course.
