Michigan HBPA Executive Committee Holds Weekly Meet DETROIT, Mich., June 20. — Dr. Harry W. Lindy, vice-president of the Michigan division of the Horsemens Benevolent and Protective Association announced that the divisional executive committee held its first regular weekly meeting in the HBPA offices in the administration building. The newly elected committeemen present were: Henry Forrest, Charles White, Tom Graham, Mark Leach, George White, Frank Grand, Walter Susini, Ray Grundy, Henry Johnston and Charles Kranz. Mrs. Audrey Gabel was re-appointed to serve as the divisions secretasy-treasurer for the coming year. Dr. Lindy apopinted George White, Walter Susiin, Henry Forrest and Charles Kranz to serve as a track committee. It will be their undertaking to inspect the racing strip at frequent intervals and report its condition, and any suggestions for keeping it in the safest possible manner.
