Warner L.Jones, Jr. #s# Entertain At Their Hermitage Farm CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville. Ky.. May 11. — Mr. and Mrs. Warner L. Jones. Jr., entertained at a cocktail party yesterday at their Hermitage Farm near Goshen. Ky. Among those present were Bill Corum. president of Churchill Downs: Louis Herrmann. Downs vice-president; Tom Graham and Brent Hart, directors; Wathen Kne-belkamp, chairman of the Kentucky State Racing Commission, and commission members Louis Hollenbach, Jr., and William Veeneman; Joe Estes of The Blood-Horse: Neville Dunn of the Thoroughbred Record; George "Brownie" Leach. Downs publicity director; Early Ruby, Courier-Journal sports editor, and Jerry McNerney. turf editor; Ken Taylor, Louisville Times sports editor. Marvin Gay. columnist, and Don Fair, of Daily Racing Form. Royal Gem II.. sire of Derby winner, Dark Star and Royal Bay Gem, which won Saturdays Jersey Stakes, was brough out for inspection of the guests.
