Fabulous South Meets Six FORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 11.— Fabulous South meets six other shifty sprinters in the five-furlong Detroit Purse which is the feature attraction on tomorrows card. The five-year-old matron is still looking for her first triumph of the 1953 season and, opposed by American Glory, Cavalier Trim, Sir Dakota, Sunshine Rose, Come Early and Fleeting Rock, has some of the toughest company on the jgrounds to handle for her spurs. Weighted at 108 pounds as she is, Fabulous South may lead at all stages of the five-furlong dash as she has had two outings locally to sharpen her fitness.
