Chartrand, Morrow Confer GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 22. — Lucien Chartrand, general manager of Blue Bonnets race track in Montreal, Canada, stopped off at Garden State Park today to confer with Gordon Morrow, who will serve his initial term as a steward at that course this year. Chartrand, accompanied by Blue Bonnet directors P. Yvon and H. Vermette, will continue south to Maryland to witness the Preakness.
