Stewards Rulings LINCOLN FIELDS, Crete, 111., May 27. — Trainer Adelard Lamoureux was fined 5.00 by the stewards here today for being late in the paddock with the horse "Bumper Crop" for the seventh race of May 26. In another ruling by that official body jocket Merwin L. Trombley was fined 5.00 for striking his mount about the head in the ninth race of May 26. DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., May 27.— The board of stewards recommend to the Michigan Racing: Commission that Groom " James M. Blue be denied a license for falsification of his application. DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., May 27. — The board of stewards issued the following ruling today: "Apprentice jockey Albert Blache, for rough riding after the start and through the .stretch in" the fourth race on Wednesday? May *26, 1954, is suspended 10 racing days effective Saturday, May 29th to Wednesday, June 9th, 1954, inclusive." PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 27. — The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "No further entries of Grecian Maid, gray filly, 1951, will be accepted until her true ownership is established to the satisfaction of the Maryland Racing Commission." LANSDOWNE PARK, Vancouver, B. C, May 27. — The Lansdowne Park stewards issued the following rulings under date of May 24: "For crossing over soon after the start and tightening up the field in the third race on Saturday, May 22, jockey P. LaVoie is fined §25. "For crossing over soon after the start and tightening up the field in the first race today, May 24, jockey J. Schmied is fined 5." GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 27. — The stewards this morning issued the following ruling: "Apprentice rider, Elias Duran, is suspended for 10 racing days, May 29 j through June 9, for careless riding after leaving the gate,- second race, May 26, 1954."
