The daughter of Case Ace — Hi Fling has started only twice this season. She was third, a length off the winner, Full Brother, in a three-quarter mile race at Keeneland on April 22. She made her next start on opening day at Lincoln Fields in the division of the Crete Handicap won by Sir Mango, and finished unplaced. Good Call was nominated for Saturdays La Salle Handicap, but her presence in the Lansing indicates she will pass up the week-end stake. She breezed a half-mile in :50% this morning. She did not win a stakes race last year, but was third in the Yo Tambien and Beverly Handicaps won by Gala Fete and Sunny Dale, respectively. Good Calls rivals for the Lansing Purse include two other fpur-yearTold fillies, Sherry L., owned by Mark Leachs Green-acres Stock Farm with branches in both Michigan and Kentucky, and Tuonine, from the Louisville stable of Clifford Lussky. Tuonine, by Reaping Reward, out of Val-dina Gleam, is an elder half-sister to Luss-kys good colt, Tuosix, who finished second to Sir Mango in their division of the Crete Handicap last week. The filly showed high promise at two and was a winner last year. Living Doll, owned by John Warren, has won two races so far this year, the same number he won last season. His breeding, by Secnav, out of Helen Mac, by Rolls Royce, is somewhat less fashionable than that of his opponents in the Lansing. A son of Questionnaire — Lasso, by John P. Grier, he was bred in Tennessee by-Jack W.
