LACEY HEART, also rallied from between horses while finding the best stride too late. SHEILA SUSAN, prominent from the start, bore out on the final turn and faltered when set down for the drive. BARDASUE, slow to begin, came to the extreme outside in the late stages and made up some ground. ONWARD tired from his early efforts. CHICARO BOYiWas used up early. SICKLE ROSE was outrun. The latter raced wide and finished strongly. EXPECTANT held on fairly well after making the pace to the early stretch. SILLY SARA, prominent early, was forced to ease cut of the speed jam on leaving the backstretch, came extremely wide when rallying on entering the stretch and finished full of run. BANJOIST, held in reserve for the first half mile, moved through between horses on the second turn, was forced to come to the outside in the stretch and wore down INDUBITABLY in the closing strides. The latter was never far back, saved ground to the second turn, was eased to the outside to displace SOLAR CLIPPER in the early stretch and just failed to last. SOLAR CLIPPER made the pace while in hand, saved ground and gave way suddenly. FELDA was never a serious factor. LOFTY LEGION was always far back.
