». — . — 1 Stewards Rulings GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 31. — The stewards Monday issued the following rulings: "Jockey Henry Ramistella, presently under suspension, is suspended indefinitely and his case referred to the racing commission. "The following horses, formerly trained by W. D. Carroll, owned by the Shawmut Stable R. A. Jenks, having been transferred to trainer Phil Brady, are hereby restored to good standing: Gainsboro Girl, Heron Lane, At the Bell, Put Out." THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, May 31. — The ThistleDown stewards issued the following ruling here today: "The stewards being informed by the state chemist that the tests taken on Jolis Choice, the winner of the first race Saturday, May 28, showed a drug . procaine . "We have this day suspended Mrs. E. G. Hoffman, the owner and trainer of the above named filly, and have referred her case to the Ohio Racing Commission. This in no way effects the betting. The purse distribution will be withheld until a ruling is received from the state racing commission. DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., May 31. — The stewards issued the fol- * lowing, rulings today: "Jockey Charles L. Martin is suspended for 10 days effective Thursday, June 2, to Saturday,-June 11, inclusive, for allowing his mount, Tommys Jet, to bear out in the stretch during the third race on Monday, May 30, interfering with Arch Rival. Tommys Jet was disqualified from second position. "Jockey Billie Thompson is suspended for 10 days additional effective Saturday, June 11 to Monday, June 20, inclusive, for allowing his mount, Little Herman, to bear out at the quarter pole in the eighth race on Monday, May 30, interfering with Batch. Little Herman was disqualified from first position." FAHtMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., May 31. — The stewards here issued the following ruling dated May 28: "Jockey Leon Grandsart is hereby suspended ten 10 racing night from June 1 to June 11, inclusive, for rough riding leaving the gate during the running of the ninth race, May 28, 1955. "Apprentice jockey James V. Clemens is hereby suspended ten 10 racing nights from June 1 to June 11, inclusive, for causing interference during the stretch run during the running of the fourth race on May 28, 1955."
