Blue Ridge Hunt Holds Annua! Horse Show Saturday MILLWOOD, Va., May 31.— The Blue Ridge Hunt "will hold its annual Horse show on the historic Carter Hall lawn here beginning at 9:00 ■a.m. Saturday. This years renewal promises to be an even bigger success than was last seasons, with a total of 32 classes being offered for ponies, hunters, and breeding stock. * Jack Carpenter of Greenwood, Va., will -judge the breeding classes, while Norman Haymaker of Berryville, Va., a former show ring rider and trainer of note, now a successful trainer of flat runners, will score the hunters. Dean Bedford of -Fallston, Md. will grade the ponies. Among the many entries received from various points of the compass are those of Arthur Godfrey, whose Country Boy will* be ridden by his daughter Patty. Other entries include those of the Waverly Farm of G. S. Mcintosh, Warrenton, Va., whose The Cad was champion of the National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden last year; Mrs. A. C. Randolph, Upperville, Va.; Mrs. C. McGhee Baxter, Charlottesville, Va.; William Jenkins, Pa.; C. E. Rang, Hagers-town, Md., and many others; In the yearling classes, Kentmere Farm of Boyce, Va., will show some of the yearlings they will sell at the Saratoga sales in August.
