BATCH, in .hand for five furlongs, moved readily when set down, was forced wide while reaching the leader and hung. TURKISH GOLD saved ground while forcing the pace, weakening in the late stages; NOSTREBOR was unable to shake EirK.SpP 5,t,2n and,.weakened. HAPPY RHYTHM showed nothing. GUN MAKER was outrun. The rider of P£Vi H,?,n objection against the winner, and after witnessing the pictures, the stewards disqualified n LITTLE HERMAN and placed him last. Scratched— 492362 Monte, 110.
