River Downs Debut Planned For Contest Prize Juvenile CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 31.— Delphi-dessa, two-year-old filly won by a Cincinnati man and his wife in a contest spon-, sored by the manufacturers of Kentucky Club pipe tobacco, will make her racing debut at River Downs in mid-June. Wal-i ter Mills, who owns the filly in partnership with his wife, so announced today. Mr. and Mrs. Mills won the filly, a check for 00 and other gifts for naming her in the contest a few months ago. Mills said the filly is now at Keeneland, where she is recovering from bucked shins. Delphidessa was slated to make her racing debut during the recent meeting at Churchill Downs but was withdrawn because of the ailment. She is trained by L. K. Haggin. Mills and his wife own one other thoroughbred, Bad Setup, but he has been retired from racing and has been turneduoufc; on a farm here.
