Jockey Woodhouse lightly urged her into a clear lead while saving ground on the turn, then applied steady pressure to hold SOMETIME THING safe in the stretch run. The latter was briskly ridden to be near the pace from the start, lost a little ground racing around NIMBLE DOLL on the stretch turn and finished gamely, although no real threat MYRTLES JET raced outside of the first flight and lost ground on the turns rhAMiyuAfFdValyiai"Ing Intte final stages,, in a good effort. NIMBLE DOLL attempted to match speed with GANDHARVA into the turn, then drifted out a trifle entering the stretch and weakened. HELLO .MOM had to be fJSandw soon after tne start when sne lacked r00"1 t0 i°n the leaders, and held on well in the stretch run DERRY gradually improved position while racing slightly wide.
