Stubbs Visits Fairmount Park FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, ,111., June 3. — Ralph Stubbs, who formerly served at this track as an official and now racing secretary at Madison, Columbus,. Lincoln, Mitchell, Alliance and Grand. Island in Nebraska, was here in quest of horses for the coming summer meeting on his circuit. The meeting at Grand Island, recently completed, was the first of these to be staged-this year. The Madison meeting begins shortly after the Ak-Sar-Ben session comes to a conclusion. Stubbs departed today for Madison where he is to work on his book of conditions for the coming meeting in that city. Stubbs makes his home at Columbus, Nebraska. « - • — y * h i .* .
