FIRST PIC turned in a good effort despite being carried quite wide on the turn by SLEEPY MATE. The latter attained command early but drifted out approaching the quarter pole. CAT CAT could not reach the top three. TENSE raced evenly. ROYAL ROCKET lacked a rally HELIO SUN broke tardily and showed nothing. BRENDAS PRIDE was through early. OCEAN LANE, unhurried while outrun early, engaged the leaders from the inside and gained a narrow victory over KASTER. The latter, steadied when outrun by POWDER FLASK early, responded when roused and fought it out willingly. OUR DANCE moved boldly nearing the stretch, raced extremely wide and gave way in the final test. ROCK COTTAGE rallied from far back without menacing the top ones. POWDER FLASK was rank while attaining command early, set the pace to the stretch and faltered badly. SUN RULER II was through after five furlongs. ROBIN HOOD showed little.
