Stewards Rulings CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 7. — The stewards posted the following: rulings here today: "Jockey Billy Fisk is suspended 10 days May 7 to May 16, inclusive , for rough riding- in the second race, May 4. _ "Trainer James Deaton is fined S50.00 for negligence in failing to comply with the scratch rule." LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, It. I., May 7. — The stewards here today issued the following rulings: "Apprentice George Gibb is suspended for the remainder of the meeting and it is recommended to the Rhode Island Racing and Athletics * Commission that the suspension be extended through May 18 for impeding King For All during the stretch run of the second race, May 5, 1956. JGroom William T. Hunt TRPB 93900 is denied the privileges of the grounds for the remainder of the meeting for assaulting an officer stationed at the main entrance Saturday, May 5, 1956." GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 7. — The stewards here today issued the following; ruling: "Jockey John Covalli is suspended for 10 days, May 9 through May 19, for careless riding in the second race, May 5, 1956." WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 7.— The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey William Hubbard is fined. 5 for making a frivolous claim of foul while riding Foxley Lass in the sixth race, May 5. "Jockey Raymond Belanger is fined 5 for making a frivolous claim of foul while riding Sergeant Spook in the fifth race, May 5." WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 5. — The stewards issued the following ruling here Saturday. * "Jockey agent John Gonzales is fined 5 for attempting to induce jpekey Franciso Samuel, who rode Jofield, to lodge a claim of foul after the running of the fifth race."
